I designed a rapid fixturing system using CAD to reduce CNC set up time from 2 hours down to 60 seconds for cutting aluminum rectangular tubes.

I drafted technical drawings and collaborated with a commercial manufacturer (BMP Metals) to get the parts made accurately.
