As a member of 5409 robotics team, I took the liberty of designing an elevator mechanism. 

Every year, the team receives a new game challenge which the robot must complete. While every season might look slightly different, elevator mechanism are often used year-to-year.

To reduce for the team to design a new elevator every year, I created this model parametrically by linking Autodesk Inventor to a set of parameters on Microsoft Excel. 

This means that my model is capable of producing infinite variations in just five minutes of altering a spreadsheet.
